🇬🇧 English I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Hasan Abdulrahman, a consultant at RAK Ceramics. This is exactly the kind of professional who doesn’t just “sell,” but genuinely helps you understand and make the right decisions. Hasan was very attentive to my project, took the time to explain everything in detail, showed different options, and helped me look at things from a professional perspective. It was clear that he is truly involved and cares about achieving a high-quality result. It was also a pleasure to connect with him on a personal level — we even had a short conversation about Syria, where I’ve been. That added a warm, human touch to the experience. I left the showroom with a clear understanding of my next steps, and I’m confident I will return to work with him again. Highly recommended — a rare kind of specialist who is both professional and genuinely pleasant to work with.
